The pro beard trimmer is the best I have bought yet cuts fine easy too use, contacted Russell’s with a small hiccup and they resolved the little hiccup in a no time at all

Shape-up beard detailer

First off I would like to thank Russell‘s and the customer service team. I had a small issue with the first detailer. Did not even have to call them it was a quick email and within no time I had received a call and an apology for any inconvenience. A second shave was received the next day along with a free gift. With regards to the detailer it feels smooth and the design is great.

Totally recommend the shavers and if by chance there is an issue, with the team they have it won’t be for long. highly recommend
