United Kingdom

  • Standard Tracked Royal Mail (1-3 working days) – FREE for orders over £40 or £4
  • Next Working Day Tracked (Order before 2 PM, Mon-Fri) – £6.95

United States

  • Tracked Service (5-7 working days) – FREE for orders over $100 or $10

Europe

  • Tracked Royal Mail (5 working days) – FREE for orders over £75 or £10

Rest of the World

  • Tracked Service (5-7 working days) – FREE for orders over £100 or £25

Returns Policy

  • Online purchases can be returned for free within 45 days of purchase.
  • Purchases made between 1 November – 31 December can be returned within 90 days.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
  • We do not dispatch orders on public or bank holidays.

Shipping to the US & Australia

  • Orders valued under $800 (US) and under $1,000 (AU) will not incur additional taxes.

Shipping to Europe & the Rest of the World

  • Orders shipping into the EU (including the Republic of Ireland) may be subject to additional charges, such as customs duties and VAT.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer, but we are working on ways to minimise these costs.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Russell Shave Club is not liable for issues arising from incorrect addresses, including non-delivery or lost orders.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately so we can try to correct it.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will need to charge for reshipping before sending it again.
  • If an order is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund. Please ensure all address details are accurate before placing your order.
